Rebekah is in network with the following insurance plans:
Premera, LifeWse Health Plan of WA, LifeWise Assurance Co, Premera Blue Cross PPO, Heritage, Heritage Prime, Global, Individual Signature, LifeWise Primary, Sherwood HMO
For all other insurance plans, Rebekah is considered an out of network provider. If your insruance isn’t on the list above, please reach out to your provider to ask about Out of Network Benefits. Many insurance plans allow for reimbursement for services with a Superbill. If you wish to use your Out of Network benefits, payment for services will be due date of service and clinician will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please let your clinician know if you have any questions about how this process works.
The decision to use your insurance benefits for services does come with some risks which may include: insurance plan deciding the number of allowed sessions, insurance plan requiring diagnosis by your provider and having access to your session notes. This also applies to using your out of network benefits. While Rebekah recognizes diagnosis to be a useful tool in therapy, it is also a complex process and is not always the entire reason a person is seeking support. Insurance plans also require a diagnosis to be made after the initial session which Rebekah feels rushes the process and leaves room for misdiagnosis and errors. Additionally, Rebekah believes both client and clinician should be a team on the frequency and duration of the therapeutic relationship outside of insurance limitations.
If you have questions or concerns about insurance and/or Superbills please don’t hesitate to reach out to Rebekah. Additionally, if finances are a barrier, Rebekah does maintain a few reduce fee spaces. Please let her know if you would like to discuss this option.
Rebekah was voted Seattle Times “Best in the Pacific Northwest” for Mental Health Services in 2025.
